Victoria’s Secret is set to open its first physical store in Croatia, with the American fashion and beauty brand arriving in Zagreb before the end of 2026.
The store is scheduled to open in the fourth quarter of 2026 at Arena Centar Zagreb one of the world’s leading franchise operators of international brands
The move will make Croatia the 21st market in which Alshaya operates, while Victoria’s Secret will become the group’s first brand with a physical store in the country.
Victoria’s Secret is already available to Croatian customers through its local webshop. The Zagreb store will give customers the opportunity to view and purchase the brand’s products in person for the first time.
Alshaya began its partnership with Victoria’s Secret in 2010, initially bringing the brand to markets across the Middle East and North Africa. The partnership has since expanded to 11 markets.
“We are excited to begin our operations in Croatia and look forward to opening our first store with Victoria’s Secret,” said John Hadden, CEO of Alshaya Group.
He added that the company had seen strong interest from Croatian customers following the launch of the local webshop and said Alshaya hoped to bring more of its brands to Croatia in the coming years.
Croatia will become Alshaya’s fourth Central and Eastern European market, joining the Czech Republic, Poland and Romania, where the group already operates Victoria’s Secret and Bath & Body Works stores.
Alshaya’s portfolio includes more than 50 international brands and over 3,500 shops, cafés, restaurants and other locations across the Middle East, North Africa, Türkiye and Europe.
Its brands include Starbucks, American Eagle, Foot Locker, H&M, Bath & Body Works, Charlotte Tilbury, Shake Shack, Chipotle, Primark and Ulta Beauty.
The group has also expanded its European operations this year, taking over licensed Starbucks operations in Greece and Cyprus in April and opening the first Starbucks in Georgia in July.
A precise opening date for the Victoria’s Secret Zagreb store has not yet been announced, but it is expected to open by the end of 2026.
