Croatia football fans warned over fake HNS ticket websites

The fraudulent websites are designed to look like genuine HNS channels and could persuade users to purchase invalid tickets or provide personal and financial information, the federation said.
HNS is urging supporters to exercise particular caution when buying tickets and to avoid accessing ticket sales websites through suspicious links shared on social media, online advertisements, messages or other unofficial channels.
The federation stressed that all official information about the start of ticket sales and the purchasing process is published through its official communication channels and website.
Fans are advised to access the ticket purchasing portal only through the official HNS ticketing portal, rather than following links from unverified
The HNS has also taken steps to address the issue and has reported the appearance of the fake websites to the Croatian Ministry of the Interior (MUP).
The federation has reiterated its warning to supporters not to enter personal details or bank card information on websites whose authenticity cannot be confirmed.
Fans are encouraged to check information about ticket sales exclusively through the HNS’s official channels before making any purchase.
The warning comes as online ticket scams continue to target major sporting events, with fraudulent websites often designed to closely resemble legitimate sales platforms.
